Translanguaging – was ist das? Dieser Frage gingen Studierende und Lehrende der Pädagogischen Hochschulen Niederösterreich und Burgenland beim 6. ERASMUS+ Meeting kürzlich an der Freien Universität Bozen nach. Das Treffen war Teil des Projekts PALM, in dem eine Online-Plattform für mehrsprachiges Sprachenlernen entwickelt wird.

Anfang Februar besuchten Claudia Mewald und Sabine Wallner die dreisprachige Grundschule St. Ulrich, wo deren Direktorin Dr. Maria Kostner gemeinsam mit Genoveffa Ploner von der Freien Universität Bozen die Mitglieder des Erasmus+ Projekts PALM über den mehrsprachigen Unterricht an den Ladinischen Schulen Südtirols informierten.
A local training event was held at the PH NÖ on Febraury 13th, 2017. The planning meeting of the English team was followed by a meeting with the multilingual team to develop material production and plans for the junior symposia.
Sabine Wallner and Josef Buchner went on staff mobility to the University of Cyprus to deliver a programme on media literacy for lecturers, students, school teachers and pupils. This programme provided a possibility to also promote and disseminate the platform PALM.
