Hello and welcome to today’s Halloween special of “Let`s be creative with Martina!”

Today I want to make a spooky castle with you.

You need a pen, black paper, a white piece of paper, a brown piece of paper, an orange piece of paper and a yellow piece of paper and a green piece of paper.

You also need a pair of scissors, some glue, a black felt pen, a glass, a triangle ruler, some tape and some googly eyes.

To start off you have to draw a castle on your brown paper. It would be a good idea to use your ruler. That’s the way your castle should look.

As a next step you have to draw a big yellow circle. Use the glass. Very nice!  This circle is your moon.

Then draw a pumpkin on your orange piece of paper. To make it look more realistic, draw some black lines on it and cut it out. Don`t forget your green piece of paper. It’s the pumpkins stalk. You glue it on the back. This is your finished pumpkin.

The next step is to draw ghosts on the white paper. Cut them out and put some sticky eyes on them. Here are our two ghosts.

Our last guest in the castle is the black cat. Draw it on the black piece of paper and cut it out. Don`t forget the cute eyes.

Now glue everything onto your castle. Choose a nice place for everything.  For example, the moon in the back and then the cat, the pumpkin and the two ghosts.

You can draw some whiskers and write down “Happy Halloween”.

My container

I think that my container is good because:

1. It cannot tear apart because it is made out of fleece.
2. It cannot be dented because it´s made out of a sturdy fabric.
3. It cannot break because fabric can´t break apart.
4. It has cords to be closed and handles so I can carry it.

My container is an adorable orange polar-fleece bag. Here´s how to make it:

1. Cut out a rectangular piece of fabric.
2. Fold it and sew the two sides together.
3. Punch holes along the open end. (Let an adult do it!)
4. Twist two strings of yarn together to make a cord. You need two cords.
5. Pull the first cord through the jounced holes and tie the ends together.
6. Pull the other cord through the punched holes from the opposite direction.
   Again, tie the ends together.

Note: It takes about an hour to make this draw-string bag.
